With a lifelong passion for both travel and people, Paula Gravatt brings over a decade of high-level event planning, customer service, and luxury travel expertise to every client she serves.

Paula’s journey began with a remarkable 11-year career at CrossFit, Inc., where she led global Affiliate Event Production from 2009 to 2020. She was hands-on from conception to execution, managing international events for audiences of 500+ attendees. Her responsibilities included everything from staff travel logistics and hotel contract negotiations to curating VIP experiences, coordinating meals, meetings, and delivering impeccable white-glove service. Her work behind the scenes ensured that every event was seamless, impactful, and unforgettable.

Beyond logistics, Paula also played a key role in Affiliate Relations, helping to scale CrossFit's affiliate network from just over 600 to more than 15,000 locations worldwide. This experience sharpened her customer service and relationship-building skills, skills she now brings to her thriving travel business.

In 2021, Paula launched JPG Travel Solutions, in affiliation with Avenue Two Travel, blending her organizational savvy and personal passion into a concierge-style travel service. Today, she specializes in corporate and luxury travel, creating customized itineraries for multi-generational families, wellness retreats, couples’ getaways, group adventures, and upscale hotel bookings. Whether it's a weekend escape or a multi-country journey, Paula ensures that every detail is taken care of—beautifully and personally.

At the heart of her work is a deep love for taking care of people and helping them craft travel experiences they’ll never forget.

When she’s not designing dream vacations, Paula enjoys life with her husband of 32 years, their three grown children, and one sweet grandbaby who already has a passport (well, almost!).
